Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify franchise leads through various channels, including referrals, digital campaigns, networking events, and databases.
  • Conduct detailed franchise presentations and business opportunity discussions with prospective investors and entrepreneurs.
  • Understand client investment capacity, business goals, and suitability for franchise opportunities.
  • Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to agreement signing.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified franchise prospects.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to explain business models, ROI potential, operational requirements, and growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close high-ticket franchise deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and launch support of new franchise partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and conversions in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and franchise industry developments.
  • Develop strong relationships with investors, HNIs, business owners, and potential franchise partners.
