Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator with 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the logistics and freight forwarding sector. The primary focus of this role is to generate high-quality sales leads, support the sales team in closing deals, and build a strong pipeline of potential clients in export, import, and e-commerce logistics.

This role is ideal for someone who understands freight forwarding operations, can communicate confidently with exporters and traders, and is comfortable using digital tools for lead generation and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Support

• Identify and generate new sales leads for export/import
• Representing Trailblaze at local trade events, exhibitions, and networking meetings
• Build and maintain a structured lead database
• Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion metrics, and regularly report to the management

Client & Relationship Support

• Preparing quotations and service proposals
• Conducting initial client meetings and follow-ups
• Maintaining professional communication with potential and existing clients
• Help nurture relationships with key prospects to move them through the sales funnel

Operations & Process Coordination

• Work closely with operations and documentation teams
• Understand shipment requirements, trade lanes, and service capabilities
• Ensure lead information is accurate and actionable for the sales and operations teams
• Maintain internal trackers for leads, quotations, and conversions

Marketing & Branding Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities
• Digital campaigns
• Creation of sales collateral
• Align with Trailblaze’s service offerings and
• Align with Current market trends and competitor positioning

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Freight Forwarding/ Logistics)
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding concepts
• Proven ability to generate and convert sales leads independently
• Conduct professional calls and meetings with business clients
• Familiarity with Export regulations
