Job Description
Verify billing data, contracts, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
Maintain billing records and customer account information.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
Process credit notes, debit notes, and invoice adjustments.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and customers regarding billing queries.
Record receipts and update accounting software.
Prepare billing and receivable reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
