Job Summary

Indiatrade Port Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to generate business opportunities, promote company services, and build strong customer relationships through outbound and inbound calling activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers via telephone to explain company services and offerings.
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or company databases.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and activity updates to management.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of English and Hindi; additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
