Job Description

Aerostar Edtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager (Team Leader) to lead, mentor, and drive the performance of a sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve business targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to consistently achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, team productivity, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to improve team capabilities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain high conversion rates.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and share actionable insights with management.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and support the team in closing high-value opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to improve lead quality and sales outcomes.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure adherence to company sales processes.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance, and goal-oriented team culture.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience in the EdTech, Education, or Training industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in sales reporting and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
