Job Description

  • Generate new business for Ready Mix Concrete (RMC).
  • Visit builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and project sites.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Identify upcoming construction projects and generate enquiries.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
  • Coordinate with production and dispatch for timely deliveries.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and support payment collections.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and customer follow-ups.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
