Job Description
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and convert leads generated for Products.
The selected candidate will contact potential customers, understand their business requirements, explain the features and benefits of products, conduct product demonstrations, follow up with prospects, and support them throughout the sales process.
The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong client-handling experience, and the ability to explain software functionality in a simple and convincing manner.
- Key Responsibilities Contact inbound and assigned leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
- Understand the prospect’s solar business operations, challenges, and software requirements.
- Explain Product features, modules, benefits, and business use cases.
- Present how the solution manages leads, quotations, projects, inventory, procurement, installation, payments, and after-sales service.
- Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations for potential customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects until closure.
- Handle client questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, brochures, and product information.
- Coordinate with the technical and business analysis teams for detailed client requirements.
- Maintain accurate lead status, call notes, follow-up dates, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly lead-conversion and sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and share customer requirements with the internal team.
- Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or client relationship management.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-handling and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain software functionality clearly.
- Confidence in conducting online meetings and product demonstrations.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and CRM systems.
- Target-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams.
- Preferred Experience Experience selling ERP, CRM, SaaS, or business management software.
- Experience working with solar companies, EPC contractors, installers, or renewable-energy businesses.
- Knowledge of the solar project lifecycle, including lead management, site surveys, quotations, procurement, installation, and after-sales service.
- Experience handling international clients will be an advantage.
- Key Performance Indicators Number of leads contacted.
- Product demonstrations scheduled and completed.
- Lead response and follow-up rate.
- Qualified opportunities generated.
- Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
- Monthly sales revenue achieved.
- Accuracy of CRM updates and sales reporting.
