Job Description

Shine Foods is a growing tea and beverage manufacturing company specializing in tea premixes, coffee premixes, private label products, and beverage solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate Form Fill Seal (FFS) packaging machines efficiently.

• Set machine parameters as per product requirements.

• Ensure proper packaging quality and sealing.

• Monitor machine performance and report issues.

• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines.

• Minimize wastage and downtime.

• Maintain daily production records.

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

• Coordinate with production team for smooth operations.


Requirements:

• Experience operating FFS, pouch packing, or similar packaging machines.

• Basic understanding of machine troubleshooting.

• Ability to work independently.

• Responsible and disciplined work attitude.

• Experience in food manufacturing industry preferred.
