Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse and packaging operations.
  • Maintain accurate stock/inventory records and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor stock movement, including inward and outward materials.
  • Generate, print, and verify package barcodes before dispatch.
  • Ensure all products are correctly labeled and packaged according to company standards.
  • Coordinate shipping and dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Verify shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and courier details.
  • Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delivery issues.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of inventory.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
