Job Description
We're hiring a skilled Instagram Reels Creator who understands what makes content stop the scroll. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and publishing high-quality Reels that drive reach, engagement, and lead generation — using strong creative instincts, current trends, and platform-specific storytelling techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels tailored to brand voice and target audience
- Apply trending formats, transitions, hooks, and pacing techniques to maximize watch time and shareability
- Build and manage a content calendar aligned with business goals
- Analyze Reel performance (reach, retention, saves, shares) and iterate based on data
- Stay updated on Instagram algorithm changes, trends, audio, and editing styles
- Coordinate with the team to align content with ongoing campaigns and launches
Requirements
- Proven experience creating Instagram Reels with measurable reach/engagement results (portfolio required)
- Strong command of editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Sharp creative and storytelling instinct — ability to turn simple ideas into scroll-stopping content
- Understanding of hooks, pacing, captions, and trend-jacking for organic growth
- Basic knowledge of Instagram analytics and content performance metrics
- Self-driven, trend-aware, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
Good to Have
- Experience with AI content tools (voiceover, avatar, or AI video generation tools)
- Basic graphic design or Canva skills
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced brand environment
