  • Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionHandle end-to-end recruitment for all positions across locations.
  • Hire team members ranging from Executives to Senior Management positions.
  • Build recruitment pipelines through job portals, consultants, references and networking.
  • Conduct screening, interviews and candidate evaluations.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires.
  • Performance ManagementDesign and implement KPI/KRA systems for all departments.
  • Track daily, weekly and monthly employee performance.
  • Monitor achievement of targets and business goals.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and appraisal processes.
  • Maintain performance dashboards and reports.
  • Incentive & Reward ManagementDesign sales and performance incentive structures.
  • Track incentive eligibility and payouts.
  • Develop reward and recognition programs.
  • Recommend incentive schemes that drive productivity while remaining within company budgets.
  • Employee Engagement & RetentionPlan employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
  • Organize birthdays, work anniversaries and festival celebrations.
  • Improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Build a positive and growth-oriented work culture.
  • HR Operations & AdministrationManage onboarding, induction and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave records and payroll inputs.
  • Ensure HR policy compliance and administrative support across locations.
  • MIS & ReportingAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Create and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze hiring, retention, attendance and productivity data.
  • Present actionable insights to management.
  • Organizational DevelopmentDevelop career progression frameworks.
  • Identify training and development needs.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development.
  • Help build scalable HR systems for a growing organization.

Required Skills

✔ Minimum 5 years of HR & Administration experience

✔ Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition

✔ Experience hiring for managerial and leadership positions

✔ Experience designing incentive and performance management systems

✔ Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple locations and teams

✔ Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach

✔ Experience in Retail, Consumer Electronics, Distribution, Hospitality, FMCG or related industries preferred
