Position: E-commerce & Client Management Executive

Location: Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.
• Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and catalog details.
• Coordinate with photography, editing, and creative teams for product content and visuals.
• Maintain product catalogs and ensure listing accuracy.
• Handle client communication, follow-ups, and requirement coordination.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for smooth project execution.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory, order updates, and marketplace performance.
• Optimize product listings for better visibility and sales.
• Prepare basic reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Stay updated with marketplace trends and platform guidelines.
• RequirementsBasic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and online selling platforms.
• Good communication and client handling skills.
• Knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in e-commerce operations or client management is preferred.
