Role Overview: 

We are looking for dynamic and experienced person to scale our recruitment operations. The role will be responsible for building strong recruitment teams, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets through effective acquisition strategies. 

Roles: Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter / TA Lead - Non IT Recruitment /IT Recruitment

Location: [A-83, pocket D, OKHLA PHASE-II, New Delhi ]

Employment Type: Full-time

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidate profiles within defined timelines
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with clients
• Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Meet recruitment targets and KPIs

Role-Specific Expectations

Recruiter /Sr. Recruiter (0- 6 yrs )

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
• Learn recruitment tools and processes
• Deep understanding in IT /Non IT recruitment in Staffing firms.
• Independently handle client requirements
• Manage multiple positions across industries
• Mentor junior recruiters
• Drive closures and maintain client relationships
• Support senior team members in fulfilling mandates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in recruitment (consultancy experience preferred)
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in bulk hiring / lateral hiring/ leadership hiring
• Knowledge of multiple industries (IT, Non-IT, BFSI, Pharma, Automobile, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with portals, LinkedIn, ATS tools etc.
• Client handling experience (for Sr. roles)
