Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Understand customer requirements & Explain company products, pricing, and onboarding process.
  • Follow up with interested prospects until closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines.


Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
  • Experience in Tele Sales, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Stock Market sales is an advantage.
  • Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.


Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build trust with customers.
  • Good follow-up and objection-handling skills.
  • Willingness to learn about financial markets and investment products.


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Saturday: Half Day
