Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to join our team.
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in retail/F&B/multi-outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise multiple outlets to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
- Train, coach, and develop outlet managers and staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and cost control across all outlets.
- Prepare operational reports and submit performance updates to management.
- Coordinate with different departments to improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of retail/F&B operations and staff training.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools is an advantage.
