About Go Crazy Offers: Go Crazy Offers is a vendor growth and customer engagement platform that helps local businesses attract, retain, and reward customers through digital coupons, reward points, membership cards, stamp cards, promotional offers, AI tools, and digital marketing support.

GCO also helps vendors use tools like WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook to promote their business and connect better with customers.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Vendor Onboarding & Support Executive who will be responsible for onboarding vendors after successful signup and helping them complete their initial setup on the GCO platform.

The candidate will guide vendors over calls, help them set up their business profile, WhatsApp Business, Instagram account, promotional tools, and provide hand-holding support until the vendor is comfortable using the platform.

This role requires good communication skills, patience, basic technical understanding, and the ability to maintain strong vendor relationships on behalf of GCO.

  1. Key ResponsibilitiesCall vendors after successful signup and welcome them to GCO.
  2. Guide vendors through the complete onboarding process.
  3. Help vendors complete their business profile setup on the GCO platform.
  4. Assist vendors in setting up or improving their WhatsApp Business account.
  5. Help vendors create, update, or optimize their Instagram business account.
  6. Explain GCO features such as coupons, reward points, membership cards, stamp cards, offers, promotional cards, AI assistant, and marketing tools.
  7. Provide step-by-step hand-holding support during initial platform usage.
  8. Answer vendor queries related to account setup, offers, subscriptions, marketing tools, and platform usage.
  9. Resolve vendor support tickets within the defined time.
  10. Coordinate with internal teams for technical issues, payment issues, activation, or escalations.
  11. Maintain regular follow-ups with vendors to ensure they are active and satisfied.
  12. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships on behalf of GCO.
  13. Collect vendor feedback and share improvement suggestions with the management/product team.
  14. Maintain proper records of calls, onboarding status, support tickets, and vendor communication.
  15. Ensure vendors understand how GCO can help them grow their business and retain customers.
  • Required SkillsGood verbal communication skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving ability.
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, and mobile apps.
  • Ability to explain digital tools in simple language.
  • Patience while guiding non-technical vendors.
  • Good relationship-building skills.
  • Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
  • Ability to manage calls, follow-ups, and support tickets.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Ability to coordinate with sales, support, and technical teams.

Eligibility CriteriaEducation: 12th pass / Graduate / Diploma

Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years in customer support, onboarding, telecalling, customer success, vendor support, or technical support

Language: Hindi and local language required; basic English preferred

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of social media platforms and mobile apps

  • Able to guide shop owners step by step.
  • Friendly, patient, and professional.
  • Good at follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Interested in digital marketing and social media tools.

Salary & Incentives


Salary: Fixed salary

Incentives: Based on successful onboarding, vendor activation, ticket resolution, vendor satisfaction, and retention

Growth Opportunity: Vendor Onboarding Executive → Senior Support Executive → Customer Success Executive → Customer Success Manager

Working Days & Timings Working Days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: As per company policy

Reporting To: Customer Success Manager / Operations Manager / Founder
