Job Summary:The School Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging educational lessons across various grade levels (from nursery to 10th grade). They will foster a positive learning environment, adapt teaching methods to suit different age groups, and support students' academic, social, and emotional development.

1. Key Responsibilities:Lesson Planning & Delivery:

• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to students' needs from nursery to 10th grade.
• Implement differentiated instruction to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
• Ensure age-appropriate learning activities and resources are used effectively.

1. Classroom Management:

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Maintain discipline, monitor student behavior, and implement strategies to manage classroom dynamics.
• Address individual student needs and provide support to students with special requirements.

1. Student Assessment & Progress:

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Assess student performance through regular tests, quizzes, assignments, and projects.
• Communicate with parents or guardians regarding academic progress, behavioral issues, or other concerns.

1. Collaborative Teaching:

• Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and administrators to ensure a well-rounded educational experience.
• Participate in regular school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and staff development programs.

1. Student Engagement & Support:

• Motivate and engage students in active learning through hands-on activities, discussions, and group work.
• Provide additional support to struggling students, offering extra help or tutoring as needed.
• Encourage students to develop a love for learning and curiosity in different subjects.

1. Professional Development:

• Continuously update teaching skills and knowledge through workshops, training, and educational conferences.
• Stay informed about new educational technologies and incorporate them into the classroom where appropriate.
