Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager based in Lucknow to drive business growth for our range of Servo Voltage Stabilizers, Distribution Transformers, and Automatic Voltage Stabilizers across Uttar Pradesh. This is a field-based role involving regular market visits, customer meetings, dealer development, and business expansion activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new customers, generating sales from industrial, commercial, institutional, and OEM segments, appointing and managing dealers/distributors, and achieving assigned sales targets. A key responsibility will be expanding the company's dealer and counter network for Automatic Voltage Stabilizers while promoting Voltsmart's industrial product portfolio. The role also includes conducting product presentations, gathering market intelligence, monitoring competitor activities, following up on inquiries, negotiating orders, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and channel partners. The ideal candidate should have experience in electrical, power equipment, transformer, stabilizer, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be willing to travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh to develop the market and strengthen the company's presence.
