Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor with strong sales and communication skills. The candidate will manage customer inquiries, generate service bookings, follow up on quotations, convert leads into sales, and coordinate with technicians to ensure excellent customer service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceHandle inbound calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and social media inquiries.
- Understand customer complaints and recommend suitable services.
- Schedule technician visits and coordinate appointments.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate customer records.
- Follow up on pending quotations and approvals.
- Sales ResponsibilitiesConvert service inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Explain repair estimates and benefits to customers.
- Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Upsell appliance cleaning, installation, and preventive maintenance services.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Recover pending payments through customer follow-ups.
