Sales and Marketing Executive

Role Summary  

Responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and promoting the brand in the target market. This role handles both field sales and marketing activities to generate leads, close deals, and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales: Identify new business opportunities, meet sales targets, and convert leads into customers

- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and dealers

- Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns, product promotions, and events to increase brand awareness

- Market Research: Track competitors, pricing, and market trends. Share insights to improve strategy

- Proposals & Negotiation: Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals

- Reporting: Maintain CRM, track pipeline, and submit weekly/monthly sales reports

Requirements

- Experience: 1-3 years in sales and marketing. Fresher with strong communication skills can apply

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- Skills: Good communication, negotiation, presentation skills. Self-motivated and target driven

- Other: Own vehicle + willingness to travel for field visits preferred. Knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools

Add: 

- Product Knowledge: Understanding of rooftop solar, solar plants, net metering, and government subsidies

- Target Clients: Residential, commercial, and industrial customers, EPC partners, and institutions

- Additional Task: Site visits for feasibility, coordinating with technical team for proposals
