- Oversee the smooth daily operations of our travel and tour company, ensuring seamless experiences for our valued clients.
- Handle all aspects of tour planning and execution, including logistics, itinerary development, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all travel regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative solutions to enhance our services.
Who you are:
- A Diploma holder or Graduate.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and results-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English language, both written and verbal.
- Based in Kochi, Kerala. (preferred).
