Graphic Designer – Pharma Communications

Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer & Visualizer specializing in Pharmaceutical Communications. You will translate complex scientific data, clinical insights, and medical concepts into high-impact visual stories. This role requires an exceptional eye for design, strong conceptual visualization skills, and a deep understanding of pharma compliance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Storytelling: Convert dense medical data, mechanisms of action (MOAs), and clinical charts into clean, intuitive infographics and visual layouts.
• Concept Development: Brainstorm and execute creative visual strategies for brand launches, disease awareness campaigns, and medical congresses.
• Omnichannel Design: Create assets across digital and print media, including interactive visual aids (IVAs), web layouts, patient education materials, and physical marketing collateral.
• Regulatory Alignment: Seamlessly integrate dense mandatory copy (ISI, Prescribing Information) into layouts while maintaining aesthetic integrity and compliance with pharma regulations.

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 2+ years of design experience within a pharma advertising agency or healthcare creative team.
• Visualizing Excellence: A strong portfolio demonstrating advanced data visualization, typography, and conceptual layout design.
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma or Veeva CLM is a major plus.
• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to partner closely with medical copywriters and regulatory teams to turn complex briefs into compelling visuals.
