Warehouse Operations & Inventory In-Charge Required

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

We are hiring a responsible and experienced Warehouse Operations & Inventory In-Charge for our tiles, sanitaryware and building-materials godown.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain physical stock and provide correct stock details to sales staff

• Block/reserve materials scheduled for future delivery

• Maintain labour attendance and supervise labour work

• Supervise truck, vehicle and container unloading

• Count and verify all materials during unloading

• Check shortages, damages, breakage and excess materials

• Print and verify delivery notes received from office

• Arrange space before truck/container unloading

• Manage godown space, material placement and cleanliness

• Coordinate with office, sales, dispatch, drivers and labourers

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse, godown, inventory, dispatch or logistics preferred

• Tiles, sanitaryware, hardware or building-material experience will be an advantage

• Basic computer, printer, WhatsApp and Excel knowledge required

• Good counting and calculation ability

• Must be honest, punctual, physically active and capable of supervising labourers

• Candidate should be willing to work long-term

Employment Details:

• Duty Time: 9:00 AM–8:00 PM

• Lunch Break: 40 minutes

• Weekly Holiday: Monday

• First joining week: No weekly holiday during training

• Probation: 15 days

• No Work, No Pay for unauthorized absence

• 10–12 paid holidays yearly after confirmation

• Approved extra work paid at 1.5x normal daily pay or applicable statutory rate

• Bonus for 2026: ₹3,750, subject to attendance and company policy

• From 2027: One month eligible salary as annual bonus

• Increment review: January 2028, based on performance

• PF + ESI: As per statutory applicability and company policy

• Resignation notice: 15 days with proper handover
