Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and location advantages.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM.
- Follow up with potential customers to generate appointments.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation and site visit targets.
- Provide professional and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead management
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
