Job Title:

Work From Home Telecaller (Healthcare)

Job Description:

We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and well-spoken Work From Home Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling a variety of telecalling tasks, including patient follow-ups, appointment coordination, health camp promotions, patient feedback, lead follow-ups, recruitment-related calling, and coordination with schools, hospitals, companies, and other organizations as required. The workload may vary depending on ongoing projects and campaigns. Candidates are expected to complete assigned tasks on time while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and quality.

Responsibilities:

- Call patients for appointments, follow-ups, and healthcare services.

- Inform patients about health camps, vaccination drives, and ongoing healthcare programs.

- Conduct IPD/OPD patient feedback calls.

- Follow up on leads received from different sources.

- Handle recruitment-related calling and interview coordination when required.

- Coordinate with schools, hospitals, companies, and other organizations for healthcare camps, events, and other activities.

- Maintain accurate call records and update lead or patient status.

- Submit daily work updates and coordinate with the team.

- Perform any other telecalling or coordination tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).

- Polite, patient-friendly, and professional attitude.

- Smartphone or laptop with a stable internet connection.

- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and WhatsApp.

- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on time.

Salary:

₹6,000–₹8,000 per month + performance-based incentives.

Note:

This is a flexible work-from-home role with no fixed working hours. Work assignments depend on ongoing campaigns and organizational requirements. Compensation is based on the quality of work, timely completion of assigned tasks, and overall performance rather than the number of hours worked.
