Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to incoming calls from clients seeking caretaker or nursing services.
• Understand the client's requirements, including patient condition, service type, duty hours (12/24 hours), and location.
• Contact available caretakers and nurses to check their availability.
• Match suitable caretakers with client requirements and arrange placements promptly.
• Coordinate between clients and caretakers until the service starts successfully.
• Maintain daily records of client inquiries, caretaker availability, and service status.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
• Handle caretaker replacements in case of leave, emergencies, or resignation.
• Update Excel sheets or CRM with client and caretaker details.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding service schedules and payments.
• Build and maintain a database of active caretakers and nurses.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (English is an added advantage).
• Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and computer operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and arrange urgent placements.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
