Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and acquire new wholesale customers.
  • Generate leads through market visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and dealers.
  • Present products and pricing to potential customers.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals.
  • Customer Relationship ManagementHandle customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on orders, payments, and deliveries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
  • Order & Inventory CoordinationCoordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor stock availability and communicate customer requirements.
  • Track order status and ensure smooth delivery processes.
  • Market ResearchMonitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
