Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesServer Responsibilities:Welcome and attend customers in a polite and professional manner
  • Take customer orders accurately and serve food & beverages on time
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
  • Assist customers with menu-related queries
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery
  • Handle customer requests and escalate complaints when required
  • Ensure excellent customer service and hospitality standards
  • Kitchen Support Responsibilities:Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation
  • Wash, clean, and organize kitchen utensils and equipment
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen areas
  • Support in packing and plating food items
  • Assist in stock arrangement and inventory handling
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
