Job Overview

Tapasya College of Commerce and Management is seeking passionate, qualified, and experienced Economics Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge and a strong commitment to delivering quality education to Intermediate and Degree students.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Economics subjects for Intermediate or Degree students.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question papers.
• Deliver engaging classroom sessions with effective teaching methodologies.
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, and college events.

Eligibility

• Postgraduate degree in Economics, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Economics.
• Experience teaching Intermediate or Degree students is mandatory.
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Good classroom management and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and student development.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
