Pre-Primary Teacher

Reporting to Business Partner / Acad Manager and Biz Ops Manager (50% to FC team)

Reportee - Teaching & non-Teaching staff at the preschool

Purpose of Job

Responsible for educational leadership, internal organization, management, control,

development and success of the preschool

Handling Admission enquiries & closing admissions

Overall Business Development & monitoring Academic Health of the preschool

KRA

Design Marketing plan for generating admission leads

Handle enquiries, admission counseling & conversions

Plan strategies for business growth & development at the preschool

Ensure adherence to policies for their implementation

Participation in the selection and appointment of teaching and non-teaching staff and

accountability for recruited staff

Assigning roles and responsibilities & facilitate in KRA decision making of all teaching staff

Evaluating the standards of teaching and learning & conducting weekly staff review

meetings

Undertake teacher training for staff improvement

Lesson observation and responsible for curriculum transaction

Supervise and participate in the conduct appraisal of all teaching staff

Ensure the monitoring and recording of student progress

Effective time management of the preschool calendar

Organize open house meets with parents, Events & Activities

Provide general supervision of the student population at all times while on premises

Maintaining of records and document

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field with professional and supervisory

experience.

Minimum 5 yrs of experience as pre-primary in-charge

Experience as a classroom teacher, head teacher

Experience in developing preschool curriculum

Knowledge of recent preschool education trends
