Job Description
What You'll Do
- Engage with users and prospective users through voice interactions
- Understand user preferences, interests, and engagement patterns
- Support user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives
- Collect market and user insights to identify growth opportunities
- Assist in executing outreach and engagement campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience and business outcomes
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with users over calls
Preferred Languages
Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, Kannada, or Marathi
