Job Description
We are hiring a Store Executive to support daily store operations, assist customers, and help in sales and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Support
- Assist customers in selecting pet products
- Explain product features and benefits
- Support billing and checkout process
- Handle basic customer queries
- Inventory Support
- Help in stock arrangement and shelving
- Assist in stock counting and audits
- Inform manager about low stock
- Maintain cleanliness of storage area
- Store Maintenance
- Ensure store is clean and well-organized
- Arrange product displays properly
- Support daily store opening and closing
- Support Activities
- Assist in handling customer calls if required
- Help in packing and order preparation
