Hiring: Counter Staff / Cashier

Location: Dadar West

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
• Operate POS/billing software and maintain transaction records.
• Greet customers and assist with orders, inquiries, and payments.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
• Ensure all counter items, packaging materials, menus, tissues, and takeaway supplies are properly stocked and replenished.
• Monitor stock levels at the counter and inform management when replenishment is required.
• Manage cash collection and perform daily cash reconciliation.
• Follow restaurant policies and maintain professional conduct at all times.

Requirements

• 10th/12th Pass or above.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing systems.
• Good communication and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
