Job Summary
Omkar Print Lab Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive who can manage end-to-end HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance & leave management, sales target coordination, statutory compliance, and overall employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand manpower requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and coordinating with department heads.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and complete employee joining formalities.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, holidays, maintain related records.
- Address employee queries, resolve routine grievances, and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Track sales team performance, targets, incentives, and maintain reports on sales achievements.
- Coordinate with the sales department for target monitoring, incentive calculations, and performance-related documentation.
- Process payroll inputs, attendance, incentives, deductions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain HR compliance records and support internal and external audits.
- Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines.
- Assist in performance management, employee appraisal processes, and HR reporting.
- Prepare HR reports, employee data, and MIS for management review.
- Support management in workforce planning, HR initiatives, and administrative activities.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations (printing/manufacturing industry preferred)
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and labor laws
- Basic understanding of payroll, PF, ESIC, and compliance
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software
