We are hiring for Admission Councelors
About the Role:
We are looking for a target-driven Academic Counsellor to guide prospective learners through our educational offerings.
You will act as an educational advisor, matching student profiles with the right courses and driving enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Outreach: Conduct outbound calling to prospective students, handle walk-ins, and manage leads.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the student profile, career goals, and challenges to recommend suitable programs.
- Demo & Follow-ups: Schedule follow ups with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Admissions Assistance: Guide student/client through eligibility criteria, application forms, and the fee payment process.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of calls, counseling sessions, and enrollment metrics.
Our Office Timings: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm ( Monday to Saturday )
