Admission Counsellor

Job Summary We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors / Education Counsellors to join our admissions and sales team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students and parents regarding preparation courses for Sainik School, JNV, RMS, and RIMC, generating admissions, and achieving enrollment targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and strong follow-up abilities.

Key Responsibilities • Contact prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online platforms. • Explain SD Campus courses and entrance exam preparation programs. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions. • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful admissions. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets. • Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM tools. • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents. • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support. Required Skills & Qualifications • Graduate in any stream. • Strong communication and counseling skills. • Good negotiation and convincing abilities.Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software. • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Preferred Candidate Profile • Experience in EdTech, B2C Sales, or Admission Counseling is an advantage. • Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
