Interior Designer

An interior designer creates functional, safe, and aesthetic indoor spaces by assessing client needs, creating design plans (sketches, 3D models, blueprints), selecting materials, lighting, and furniture, and overseeing installation. They manage budgets, timelines, and compliance with building codes and regulations

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Define project goals, requirements, and budgets.
• Design Development: Create sketches, mood boards, and detailed floor plans, often using CAD, 3D modelling, or rendering software.
• Material Selection:

 Source materials, lighting, furniture, flooring, and wall finishes that align with the design concept.

• Project Management: Set timelines, estimate costs, and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and architects.
• Installation & Inspection: Oversee on-site installations and conduct final inspections to ensure client satisfaction and code compliance. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in Interior Design or related field. Or Graduation
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design software like ENSCAPE 3D, Rendering OR 3D Rendering, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Creativity & Vision: Strong eye for color, texture, lighting, and spatial arrangement.
• Knowledge of Regulations: Familiarity with building codes, health/safety standards, and accessibility regulations.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to work with clients, contractors, and vendors
