Job Description

Complete company accounts management and bookkeeping.


Maintain all purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries in Tally.


Manage GST billing, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and vendor/customer ledgers.


Handle inventory and stock management, including inward and outward material records.


Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.


Prepare monthly stock reports, accounts reports, and management MIS reports.


Verify physical stock with system records and resolve discrepancies.


Coordinate with procurement, operations, and management teams for stock planning and control.


Take full ownership of Accounts & Stock Management activities of the organization.
