Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests and visitors.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Manage bookings and reservations.
  • Provide information about cruise services and schedules.
  • Maintain visitor records and reception area.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for guest support.
