Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from phone calls, website leads, social media platforms, referrals, and walk-in clients.
• Initiate contact with prospective customers to understand their residential interior design requirements.
• Qualify leads based on project scope, budget, timeline, and location.
• Schedule design consultations and meetings for the sales/design team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and ensure high conversion rates.
• Explain the company's services, design process, project timelines, and value proposition to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with designers, sales executives, and project teams to ensure seamless client handovers.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly lead management reports.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and referral opportunities.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets through effective lead engagement and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in residential interior design firms or home décor industry.
• Familiarity with project coordination and client lifecycle management.
