Hiring for Mobikwik Company
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage merchant escalations with prompt and effective resolution.
- Serve as the key contact between merchants and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and issue ownership.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective measures across operations.
- Track escalation trends, highlight process gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Document cases thoroughly and share insights with leadership for decision-making.
- Partner with Risk, Product, and Tech teams to resolve complex challenges.
- Uphold compliance standards while maintaining merchant trust and satisfaction.
