Job Description

WE'RE HIRING(URGENT REQUIREMENT): Friendly, customer-focused front desk role handling inquiries, memberships, and daily operations, with a pleasant and welcoming demeanor.


Responsibilities


- Greet members and visitors with a pleasant face and positive attitude

- Handle inquiries (in-person, phone, WhatsApp, email, social)

- Manage registrations, renewals, payments

- Schedule appointments and trials

- Maintain records and Tracker

- Follow up with leads and members

- Resolve queries and coordinate with staff

- Keep reception organized

- Prepare basic reports


Requirements


- Graduate (preferred)

- Good communication (English + local language)

- Basic computer skills

- Organized, presentable, customer-focused, and maintains a pleasant face
