Job Description
AE Square Immigration Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted immigration consultancy helping clients achieve their goals of studying, working, and settling abroad. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Job Responsibilities Welcome clients and visitors professionally.
- Answer and transfer incoming calls.
- Manage appointments and meeting schedules.
- Maintain visitor records and the reception area.
- Handle emails, courier services, and office documents.
- Coordinate interview schedules and assist the HR team.
- Maintain office supplies and provide general administrative support.
- Guide clients to the appropriate department or consultant.
- Required Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
