Job Role : Receptionist
We are looking for a smart, friendly, and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and handle visitor interactions. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and direct them properly
- Maintain visitor records and appointments
- Handle basic office administration work
- Coordinate with staff and departments
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the reception area
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Telugu & English)
