Role Overview:

Promind Integrated Management is seeking a responsible and performance-driven Team Leader – Collections to supervise and manage a team of collection executives handling debt recovery processes. The role involves ensuring target achievement, maintaining compliance standards, and improving portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of collection executives.
• Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
• Monitor call quality, productivity, and adherence to compliance guidelines.
• Handle escalated cases and support complex recovery situations.
• Maintain and review performance reports and collection trackers.
• Coordinate with management for strategy planning and performance improvement.
• Ensure professional conduct and ethical collection practices at all times.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate (Preferred).
• Minimum two years of experience in collections / debt recovery / tele-collections.
• Prior experience as Team Leader or Senior Executive in collections is preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
