Job Description
🎯 Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to develop, manage, and expand our partner network. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through distributors, resellers, dealers, and channel partners while building strong business relationships and ensuring partner success.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✅ Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners and distributors.
✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
✅ Drive sales growth through channel networks to achieve revenue targets.
✅ Create and execute channel sales strategies and business plans.
✅ Conduct regular partner training sessions on products and solutions.
✅ Monitor partner performance and provide ongoing support.
✅ Collaborate with marketing teams to execute partner-focused campaigns.
✅ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
✅ Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards.
✅ Resolve channel conflicts and ensure partner satisfaction.
