We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Support Executive to join our team. The role primarily involves handling customer queries through email and chat support while ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns. Basic calling will be required for specific customer support cases.

*For freshers* 

Here you'll get 6 months of training 

 *Training Details* 

 *Training Duration* : 6 Months

This is a Government Apprenticeship Training Program.

Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will receive a Government Apprenticeship Certificate.

 candidates will be converted into Full-Time Employment.

 *Stipend* - 26,000 In hand 

 *Key Responsibilities* 

* Respond to customer queries and requests via email and chat.

* Provide accurate information and timely support to customers.

* Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.

* Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution and issue escalation.

* Perform basic outbound/inbound calling when required for customer support cases.

20% Calling Process

 *Eligibility Criteria* 

* MBA (Finance) is mandatory.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling.

 *Work Schedule* 

 *Shift Timing* : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

 *Working Days* : 6 Days a Week
