We are looking for a dynamic, highly creative Video Editor to join our team and elevate our visual storytelling across international and local digital platforms.

Role OverviewAs our Video Editor, you will be the creative force behind our digital footprint. You will be responsible for transforming raw clinical footage, interviews, and educational material into high-yield, engaging, and polished video content. Your primary focus will be creating viral short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and professional long-form educational brand assets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesShort-Form Content Strategy: Edit, optimize, and post highly engaging Instagram Reels and TikTok/Shorts content mapped to trending audio, viral video formats, and algorithmic shifts.
• Clinical & Educational Editing: Seamlessly edit educational medical videos, client testimonials, and product/service deep dives into clean, professional, and trustworthy brand assets.
• End-to-End Post-Production: Handle cutting, color grading, sound design, audio leveling, and smooth transitions to ensure production values align with a premium clinical aesthetic.
• Advanced Motion Graphics: Design and integrate dynamic kinetic typography, engaging subtitles, call-outs, sound effects, and eye-catching thumbnails to optimize viewer retention rates.
• Asset Management: Catalog and manage raw footage libraries, maintaining an organized digital workflow for fast turnarounds.
• Collaborative Structuring: Work closely with the marketing director and clinical team to storyboard concepts, script hooks, and execute a consistent content calendar.
• Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in industry-standard editing suites (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and mobile editing ecosystems (CapCut, VN).
• Trend Awareness: A strong pulse on social media culture, popular memes, trending music tracks, and visual hooks that capture attention within the first 3 seconds.
• Graphic Design Basics: Ability to create clean text overlays, graphics, and engaging canvas layouts.
• Communication & Independence: Excellent time management, ability to meet tight publishing deadlines, and strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Portfolio Requirement: A proven portfolio or showreel showcasing a mix of professional/corporate editing and high-engagement social media reels.
