Job Description
About Indian Art Villa
Indian Art Villa is a Jaipur-based handcrafted home décor and gifting brand. We sell on Amazon, Flipkart, and our own website and export to the USA, UK, and UAE. We are looking for a senior design leader to own and lead our entire graphic design function.
What You Will Do
- Lead and manage the entire graphic design team
- Own IAV's visual identity across all platforms—Amazon, Flipkart, website, social media, packaging, and export
- Ensure all listing images and A+ content are optimised for conversion
- Lead packaging design for all new products — gifting, export, and exclusive collections
- Design and review social media creatives—Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest
- Build and maintain a Brand Style Guide for the team
- Review all design output for quality and brand consistency before it goes live
- Coordinate design briefs from E-Commerce, NPD, Export Sales, and Marketing teams
- Design export catalogues and B2B presentation materials for international buyers
Who Can Apply
- Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience
- At least 3 years in a senior or team lead role (must)
- Expert in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (must)
- Strong knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart listing image requirements
- Experience in packaging design — gift boxes, export packaging, product labels
- Has managed or mentored junior designers before
- Strong eye for detail — nothing goes live with errors
- Canva Pro knowledge is a plus
- Video editing skills are an added advantage
