Sales & Business

• Development Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, builders, architects, and project customers.
• Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Expand market presence and strengthen the company’s distribution network.
• Drive both B2B and B2C sales across assigned territories.
• Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

Sales Planning

• ExecutionPrepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans.
• Monitor team productivity, market coverage, lead generation, and sales performance.
• Track sales activities and customer interactions through CRM systems.
• Ensure achievement of assigned revenue and volume targets.
• Reporting & AnalysisMaintain accurate sales records and reports using MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.

Collections

• Customer ServiceEnsure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
• Deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
